What is the minimum order?

A logo on the keychain starts at 50 pieces. A logo on the alarm starts at 500 pieces, and any print color is possible from 500 pieces.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. The more you order, the bigger the discount. Tell us your quantity and we include the right discount in your quote.

What is the lead time?

Our standard lead time is approximately 6 weeks, depending on the quantity and customisation requirements. We recommend placing your order well in advance to ensure timely delivery.

What is the deadline for Christmas delivery?

To ensure Christmas delivery, please place your order before November 1st. Ordering after this date? Feel free to reach out, and we'll see what we can do to make it happen!

How do invoicing and VAT work?

We offer invoicing for all business orders. A deposit is required before we start production, with the remaining balance invoiced afterwards. VAT will be applied according to the applicable tax regulations.

How is the logo applied?

Your logo is printed directly onto the Siren or keychain, creating a clean and professional finish that reflects your brand.
